1. How to order?

Our sweets have been arranged into various categories so you can look through our selection. Click on the item, then options will appear to the quantity, click Add To Cart or Buy Now. Follow on screen instructions for payment page.

We also take telephone orders as well please call us (0116) 2538756. During opening hours.

2. I want a particular sweet that is not listed, can you find it?

​

Simply get in touch and we will do our best to get that item for you.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

​

We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as American Express. We also take Paypal as well as Apple Pay.

4. What are your delivery charges? Can you deliver outside the U.K.?

​

Our standard delivery charges apply as follows: 

• A standard rate of £4.99 applies for all orders. (U.K. Mainland only)

• Usually takes 3-5 days once order has been despatched. (Once order is recieved we aim to despatch it on the same day).

We have a collect in store option as well which costs nothing.

​

We can deliver outside of the U.K. please message us beforehand and then we can say state prices, estimated delivery times etc.

5. Can I return my items?

​

Yes within 14 days please notify us and return to Ye Olde Sweet Shoppe, 4 Hotel Street, Leicester, LE1 5AW. 

Please note we do not cover cost of postage and packaging for returns.

6. I need sweets for a special occasion can you provide them?

​

Yes we have done many events and can cater to your needs. Please message us with your specific requirements and we will cater for you.
